| Discipline Coordinator for Psychology-Gretchen Gimpel Peacock, PhD. Dr. Peacock is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology. She coordinates the NASP-approved M.S. program in School Psychology and serves as a faculty member for the Combined (School / Clinical / Counseling) APA-accredited Ph.D. program. Dr. Peacock is also currently chair of the Institutional Review Board at USU. Dr. Peacock is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist. She teaches the core child therapy and assessment courses for the psychology graduate students. Dr. Peacock also coordinates child therapy services within the Psychology Department's Community Clinic and supervises graduate students who provide services through this clinic. In addition, Dr. Peacock supervises the research projects of many graduate students in the Psychology Department. Dr. Peacock's main research focus is assessment and intervention of child behavior problems (including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a family context. Dr. Peacock's publications and professional presentations are in the area of child behavior problems and related family issues. |
