University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs)

UCEDDs work with people with disabilities, families, government agencies, and community providers to provide training, technical assistance, service, research, information sharing, and focus on building the capacity of communities to sustain all citizens.  

An overview of USU's Institute for Disabilities exemplifies the important role a UCEDD plays.  Watch for URLEND faculty throughout, with a program highlight (time 6:40 - 7:35). 

Family Voices

Family Voices is a national, nonprofit, family-led organization which promotes quality health care for children and youth, particularly those with special health care needs.  Each state of the USA has a chapter or affiliate.
