Cesar Galdamez, Education: Special Education
I’m a second-year Disability Studies Doctorate program at Utah State University and I’m currently working as a Research Assistant at the National Center for Hearing Assessment and Management (NCHAM). I’m an international student from El Salvador but I have lived in Utah for 8 years now. I have a Law Degree from the University of El Salvador and a Political Science Degree here in the U.S. Back in my country, I had the opportunity to work with disfavored groups helping and advocating for them in the Labor sector and more importantly, helping them to integrate into society. My professional interest and future goal is to work directly with the Latino Community and advocate for them and their children by developing Policy that can improve their quality of life. I’m from a tropical country so I love to be surrounded by water, eating good food and listen good music with family and friends.
