Maureen Marchant, Social Work


Maureen Marchant, recently finished her master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Maureen has been working as an undergraduate social worker after receiving her degree from Boise State University in 1997. Working in a variety of settings and with various populations is what has led Maureen to begin working in clinical setting. Maureen has worked with victims of domestic violence, violence prevention programs in correctional settings, and as the multidisciplinary team coordinator for a family justice center. It was after working in a youth job training program for at-risk youth that led her to seek her master’s degree to provide more comprehensive care to her clients. Maureen completed her practicum at Northwest Neurobehavioral Health, LLC in Meridian, Idaho. Maureen will remain working for Northwest Neurobehavioral Health as she is eager to provide individual and group therapy for individual and families. Maureen looks forward to increasing her knowledge about working with those on Autism Spectrum Disorder. In her free time, Maureen loves spending time with family, traveling, and cooking for friends.
